Brief Description

The system integrates a laser with motion welding parts with a straightforward and compact structure, easy operation, high safety and stability. The system adopts a plastic-specific laser and a galvanometer high-speed scanning method. It can be equipped with a high-precision measurement sensor to control the welding collapse value. Within the galvanometer scanning range, it can perform welding for any plane trajectory. It is compatible with universal fixtures and specific fixtures to weld a variety of products. The system adopts a dual-station entry and exit platform. When one station is at welding, the other station is at loading or unloading, fully improving production efficiency.
