The "Top Ten Highlights" event began in 2011 and is one of the important parts of SNEC Exhibition. Shenzhen Han's Photovoltaic Equipment Co., Ltd. (referred to as Han's PV), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Han's Laser, has won the "Megawatt Grade Jade Award" in the 2023 SNEC Top 10 Highlights Selection due to its outstanding technical process and strength.



The selection of the "Top Ten Highlights" award is based on the three selection principles of "progressiveness", "originality" and "sociality" as the primary selection criteria, and is handed over to experts to select progressiveness and innovative technologies and products at home and abroad, highlighting the strength and brand influence of the enterprises that have won the award in the industry



TOPCon battery technology, as the mainstream technology of the new generation of battery cells, has the advantages of high battery efficiency, low temperature coefficient, small light attenuation, and high compatibility with the original production line of PERC batteries. At present, TOPCon batteries have achieved a maximum mass production efficiency of over 25.2%, and there still has room for further efficiency improvement.
LB-7528 series fully automatic laser boron doping equipment is one of the latest efficiency enhancing tools independently and specially developed by Han's PV. It is applicable to laser boron doping and other fields of TOPCon batteries, aiming to reduce the resistance of electrode contact area and improve the Fill factor, and improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency by more than 0.25%.
