CW and Pulse working modes in the system can be switched online. The waveform parameters of center beam and outer ring beam can be edited independently, and different waveforms can be called for the center and outer ring, which is flexible for operation. The waveform comparison diagram is provided to directly reflect the power waveform comparison between the center and outer ring, facilitating the viewing of the waveform parameter curve combination.
Applications
It is compatible with collimation focusing welding head, swing welding head and high-power galvanometer scanner to meet different requirements. During welding, the ring beam adjustable laser preheats materials through the outer ring laser and produces stable keyhole and welding pool to prevent spattering, reduce welding pores, effectively improve the welding speed and stability, and improve the gas tightness and beauty of the welding, which is widely used in lithium electricity, electronic components, automobile manufacturing and other industries.
