Brief Description

The laser welding system for motor stator cores is semi‑automatic equipment dedicated to laser welding and forming of block‑type DC motor stator cores.
This laser welding machine features 4‑way fiber transmission, manual feeding, automatic fixture pressing, triple‑rotation positioning, and completion of 12 welding seams.
It is integrated with ventilation, dust removal, safety protection and other functional modules. Equipped with an industrial control system, the machine has a user‑friendly HMI, straightforward operation, stable performance and high reliability.
