Machine Features

The machine adopts the form of marker + loader. The marker adopts a four-station rotary table to improve efficiency. The loader integrates a conveyor line connected to loading structure, a product loading and transfer module, a product secondary positioning module, a four-axis robot, and a conveyor line connected to unloading structure. It can be connected to the front and rear machines to achieve automatic operation of the whole line, or used for offline manual loading and unloading.

Height measurement module ensures the processing consistency. The special code reading device and sorting module can automatically sort out NG products to save manual
