Carbon dioxide laser, also known as "invisible laser", it emits a laser wavelength of 9~12 microns in the infrared region of the body, which cannot be detected by the human naked eyes. It operates in two ways: continuous and pulse, and is used for laser cutting, welding, drilling, and surface treatment.
Carbon dioxide laser is a gas laser that uses CO2 gas as the working material. Discharge tubes are usually made of glass or quartz material, the tube is filled with CO2 gas and other auxiliary gases (mainly helium and nitrogen, and generally with a small amount of xenon);


 
CO2 marking system
This marking machine is the super CO2 laser marking machine launched by our company. Adopting the advanced optical system, equipped with an industry-leading independently developed 200W 9.3um CO2 laser, and paired with a 50mm galvanometer, the marking line width within the same range is 40% thinner than previous equipment. The vibrating lens adopts the latest SIC data in the industry, which has better rigidity compared to traditional SI data vibrating lenses, thus solving the problem of slow marking speed caused by lens enlargement. At the same time, the new model adopts multiple invention patents/utility model patent technologies to upgrade software and hardware configurations, improve equipment performance, and strive to bring customers more unexpected experiences.
